Howick Automation went above and beyond when we had a panel failure to our gate motor, the timing of the failure just before a bank holiday couldn't of been worse but Mick the engineer was determined to fix and stayed until the job was done ! the parts kept arriving wrong or faulty from supplier so Will from the office jumped in his van and drove to the supplier's warehouse to pick up a replacement part and a spare motor just in case. that is the definition of customer service, it was a very stressful time for our company whilst the gate was down but we had every faith that Howick would get it fixed one way or another. special thanks to: Kim Joanna Will and last but certainly not least Mick

Had some rather large electric gates installed along with a matching side gate, the whole process from initial quote to installation was first class and they look fantastic. For privacy reasons we went with solid gates, which have caused some issues with strong winds due to the size, but Howick Forge quickly found a way to address the problem and a solution was engineered and installed. I had a good experience with this business. I called about getting some work done and they were quick to advise me on what the best steps were going ahead. On the recommendation of a friend, I recently had new gates fitted by Howick Automation. I have been really happy with the efficient and professional service I received from them at every stage of the process. From the moment they came to give me an estimate to the day the gates were finished, every interaction with all members of the team has been excellent. The guys who fitted the gates were so considerate and friendly. They always turned up on time and worked with the minimum mess and disruption. This might not sound like a big deal, but in my experience this kind of service is quite rare nowadays. The team have obviously been chosen with care and trained well. It is clear that they enjoy their jobs and want to do their very best work. I am really happy with the gates, they are really great quality and supplied at a fair price.
