The HA5000HD is constructed from a combination of steel and aluminium, providing a strong yet manageable structure. The pedestal housing is designed for stability and long-term performance, while the aluminium arm delivers strength without unnecessary weight.
The entire unit is zinc plated and polyester powder coated as standard, offering excellent resistance against corrosion and harsh outdoor environments.
The barrier operates using a manual raise arm mechanism supported by a counterbalanced fishtail weight system. This allows controlled and efficient lifting and lowering with minimal effort.
Rubber end stops cushion the arm at full travel, reducing wear and helping extend the lifespan of the unit.
An integrated locking mechanism allows the barrier arm to be secured in both raised and lowered positions before applying a padlock. This provides flexible and reliable access control.
A lockable adjustable end rest is supplied as standard, ensuring additional stability and security when the barrier is closed.
The HA5000HD is designed for straightforward installation and can be configured for left- or right-handed operation to suit site requirements.
Supplied with M16 anchor shield bolts for the pedestal and M12 fixings for the end rest, it ensures secure ground fixing and dependable setup.
